Shizuka is a very motivated and experienced therapist with a passion for helping people to improve their body conditions that may be able to affect their quality of life. She decided to enrol in Diploma of Remedial Massage course due to her interest in the human body and to help chronic pain, body dysfunction and stress of her family members and close friends. After completing the course, she expanded her experience as a remedial massage therapist in clinic to help more people struggling with their health, with treatments specific to each clients individual needs. She is enthusiastic for developing her massage skills and techniques to be more flexible for variety of conditions. Klaudia has completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage in Finland. Her 2.5 years experience in massage brings a variety of techniques, including trigger point, deep tissue, muscle energy techniques and sports massage.

She enjoys working with clients of various ages, athletic ability, health status, stress levels and stages of pregnancy. Her aim is to work with each client improving their movement range and quality of life.
Sports massages or remedial massages, also known as injury-treating massage is designed to support recovery. Relaxation or therapeutic massages, on the other hand, are designed to calm and unwind the body and mind.
Klaudia trusts the combination of both can be delivered and customised in the same session according to clients' needs. This form of therapy involves a good understanding of the client's health and goals. Therefore, communication is her key to planning massage sessions, while adjusting when needed to achieve the best results.
Inaki is a dedicated osteopath with a keen interest in musculoskeletal pain management as well as sporting injury prevention and rehabilitation. He utilises a wide variety of osteopathic techniques and is fully qualified in dry needling. With a strong belief in evidence based practice, Inaki places importance on patient education and patient involvement in treatment and health planning.
Having been involved in the health & fitness industry for over 12 years, in Spain, Scotland and Australia, he is passionate about osteopathy, therapeutic exercise and sports performance. He obtained a degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences, a Masters Degree in Exercise Sciences & Health (Research), followed by the degree in Human Structure and Function with a double major in Osteopathy and finally a Master’s degree in Osteopathic Medicine.
In addition, Inaki obtained his personal trainer certificate with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and his strength training and conditioning certification with the Spanish Federation of Weightlifting (ENECMF) . He has also been involved in research in sports sciences (duathlon and indoor soccer) and manual therapy.

Katarina is a Psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia with practice endorsement in Clinical and Forensic Psychology. She is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Katarina has over fifteen years’ experience working within academic, private and public forensic mental health settings assisting adolescents (15+) and adults experiencing a diverse range of mental health issues, including legal and behavioural problems. She has a special interest in personality and interpersonal problems and works collaboratively with clients to identify goals to enable them to live their lives in accordance with their core needs and values.
After starting her Osteopathic course in France, Sophie-Lee completed her studies at Southern Cross University graduating with a Bachelor of Clinical Science and a Masters of Osteopathic Medicine.
Sophie-Lee combines both trainings in her osteopathic treatment and management approaches, allowing her to adapt to each patient and presentation by providing them with the most appropriate and personalised care possible.
She has a keen interest in assisting with a wide variety of complaints including back pain, headaches, neck pain, sport related injuries, pre and post partum pain etc.
Treatment may include muscle energy techniques, indirect techniques, soft tissue massage, joint manipulation and mobilisation.
Renata has been a dietitian for 12 years, graduating from Griffith University and has completed a post graduation course in Nutrition and Dietetics. After also completing a post graduation in diabetes education and management, Renata became a Credentialled Diabetes Educator and continues to pursue a special interest in Diabetes education. Renata is very passionate about her work, is experienced in all areas of nutrition and is very keen to help people achieve the outcome they wish for. Specialised in Diabetes 1 & 2 and Gestational Diabetes.
Sharen is a Psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, and an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Sharen comes to us with over seven years experience within private, public and corporate organisations assisting adolescents and adults experiencing a diverse range of mental health issues. She is passionate about assisting clients identify and implement positive changes to enable them to live more fulfilling and meaningful lives.
